Affirmations – Self-Healing
Affirmations are a powerful tool that can have a positive impact on many aspects of life when used regularly and consciously. However, it is important that they are realistic and aligned with reality to have the greatest effect.
Yes, I can do this. Affirmations are positive statements that people repeat regularly to strengthen a positive mindset and behavior. They are often used to help people address various challenges and habits. Here are some ways affirmations can help:
Increased Self-Confidence
Repeated positive affirmations can strengthen self-confidence and self-esteem. For example, by saying, “I am worthy and capable,” an individual can gradually build better self-esteem and self-trust.
Stress and Anxiety Management
Affirmations can help reduce stress and anxiety. Phrases like “I am calm and balanced” or “I am in control of my life” can have a calming effect and reduce negative thoughts.
Improved Habits and Behavior
They can help people develop new, positive habits. By repeating affirmations like “I make healthy choices” or “I enjoy movement,” an individual can more easily adopt new routines.
Increased Focus and Achievement
Affirmations can help improve focus and goal achievement. Statements like “I am focused and work toward my goals” can help individuals maintain concentration and enhance performance.
Improved Relationships
Using positive affirmations can also improve communication and relationships. Phrases like “I am caring and understanding” can foster more positive interactions and stronger connections with others.
Coping with Challenges and Setbacks
Affirmations can be helpful in dealing with difficulties and setbacks. By saying “I am strong and can overcome these challenges,” people can strengthen themselves mentally to face challenges.
Examples of Affirmations
“I am healthy.”
“I feel better and better.”
“I am free from (the illness).”
“I believe in myself.”
“I am grateful for everything I have.”
“I get better every day.”
“I am in control of my own life.”
Self-Healing – Affirmations
Say them aloud or silently when you are starting to yawn before sleep, or when you are newly awake in the morning, lying in bed. You can also repeat them at any time during the day when you are deeply relaxed. At these times and under these conditions, the subconscious mind is very receptive to these affirmations. You will be in the ALPHA state of consciousness.
It is important to practice this affirmation process for 21 consecutive days, without skipping a day!
Here is an example of the text I used for myself when I quit smoking over 40 years ago:
When this process is complete, I will stop smoking. Smoking is unhealthy and damages my health.
Smoking is costly and creates mess and pollution.
When I quit smoking, my health will improve, and I will feel much better.
I will save a considerable amount of money by quitting smoking.
I will become more environmentally friendly now that I have quit smoking.
The day after I completing this process, I stopped smoking completely and effortlessly; the craving was gone and has never returned.

About 3 years ago, I used affirmations to transform myself into a songwriter, which I did, and it worked very well. Everyone who knows me knows that I am a self-taught guitar player and that I sang in two good men’s choirs. They also know that I had never composed songs—until after the affirmation process was completed.
Since then, I have composed quite a few songs, but have only released 5. Here are the links to 3 of them:
I believe that in the schools of the future, this age-old method will be used to teach and help students positively from the elementary level onward. The power of affirmations is remarkable.
In the same way, “authority figures” (parents, teachers, doctors, people in uniform, etc.) can cause significant harm to people of all ages. Children’s “immunity” to such influence is much weaker than that of adults. These individuals can carry “implanted” elements in their subconscious throughout their lives, which can cause great damage if they do not receive help to release them.
Distance healing, healing, hypnosis, self-healing, affirmations, and psychology are effective methods to assist these individuals. Today, we see many examples of people who were abused or subjected to physical and psychological violence during childhood in various societal institutions coming forward to share their suffering and hardships. In many cases, the misconduct of the leaders and staff of these institutions has caused significant damage to the lives of these individuals.
